L-methionine is an essential amino acid and seems to help with warts at doses of 500 mg twice a day for at least 4-6 weeks.
Is l-methionine Safe?
Amino acids are considered nontoxic. Poison Control does not list an excessive dose for L-methionine. There are no pregnancy risks listed on the pregnancy risk hotline. It is not contraindicated in immunosuppressed patients. Do not take if you have liver disease.
Does l-methionine interact with medications?
L-Methionine can decrease the effects of L-Dopa in treating Parkinson’s.

Buy over-the-counter L-methionine from a reputable vitamin/supplement company and take as directed on the bottle until the warts clear up.
L-methionine can be combined with other wart treatments.
You can restart the L-methionine if warts reappear.
